With great joy we release our very first official music video for the Caves of Damnation track from the album Labyrinth of Druids.
What you should know
The video and the vocals for the track were recorded in the darkest caves of the Czech Republic.
Directed by Jakub Řehoř.
About Labyrinth of Druids
The main essence of this album is a terribly dark atmosphere that is built by suggestive, sinister and dreamy tones of acoustic guitar combined with haunting symphonic parts.
Apart from “The Main Theme”, which combining epic and melancholic parts, the most remarkable is the super-eerie track “Caves of Damnation” of which vocals were recorded in a real cave. “The Castle” is dedicated to H. P. Lovecraft and it is set in one of his most famous stories “The Outsider”.

Nemuer’s minimalistic and dark music is hardly describable for its unique genre, but their listeners were able to find a certain connection with Matt Uelmen, Tenhi, Dead Can Dance, Wardruna and Hans Zimmer. Also, there is an apparent link to Ancient Egyptian, Babylonian, Celtic and Nordic mythology. It is a very particular type of music and if there is a project that can disrupt the walls of mainstream, it is Nemuer.
Nemuer has traveled Europe!
We have passed more than 4000 km, performed in Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, France and had countless of positive experience and met plenty of super-interesting people.
We played in a club, squat, chateau, theater scene, boat, streets, park and always had outstanding times.
Special thanks to Lakner Lóránd László, Eveline van Dijk, Florent Sworn, Lotte Huijs, Adry Lagin, and Eelco Slierendrecht!
Now we are going to focus on productive activity, since we would like to release our second album this winter. The trailer will be available soon!
Nemuer perform live!
This spring we had our first tour across the Czech Republic – one concert in Prague (with a special guests from Germany Malte Marten and Alex,
one in Brno and one in Ostrava (all in tea-rooms). Also we had an extra gig in a cave near Brno where we also started recording vocals for our new album.
As for the summer – we are going to play on Prazdniny v Telci festival and the day after we set out to Hungary to perform our very first concert abroad.
Then we are moving to Germany for few days. Thereafter we move to the Netherlands where we have two concerts to play. The end of our little EU trip will be Paris where we want to play as well.
Check out our Tour or Facebook to be freshly informed about the dates.
Nemuer just had their first public performance and the Irenthoth’s Dream album release celebration at the same time!
Debut Album Released
Listen to a little teaser for just released album Irenthoth’s Dream, the first out of upcoming eight albums.
It is now possible to order your physical or digital copy at Nemuer’s Store.
Our first concert
At the beginning of August 2014, Nemuer initiated a crowd-funding campaign (despite no fan base) for the debut album “Irenthoth’s Dream”. The result was sufficient to cover the most of the recording expenses and the physical CD album was manufactured in 300 copies.
Nemuer had their first public performance in local tea-room Čajovna u Zeleného Lístku, Czech Republic, where they have ritually launched the album with Puerh tea.
Nemuer was started by Michal Krca in 2014 along with Katarina Pomorska. Michal had many ideas concerning the music several years ago and had participated in several bands of various genres ranging from classical music, jazz and funky to melodic death metal. The final decision to create a project of such a manner came when Katarina joined him and the concept included the connection with his book.
Our debut album Irenthoth’s Dream is about to be released!
The crowdfunding campaign ended and helped us to cover at least the major part of our outcomes connected to album recording.
With delight we announce the official release date of the Irenthoth’s Dream album – 12/01/2014. The pre-order of the digital high-resolution download and the physical album are now available on Bandcamp.
The first chapter of upcoming octalogy in production!
Nemuer just started the recording of the Irenthoth’s Dream album! Michael Mist is going to play the guitar parts and the lead vocals with a little bit of primordial chanting. Katarína Pomorská is going to record the jaw-harp instrument, didgeridoo and female vocals.
Nemuer are also working on a little teaser for the album which will be available very soon.
